Dexter brings a lifetime of real-world experience to his work in longevity and wellness.

 

As a former Army boxer, competitive martial artist, and United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame inductee, he has lived the physical principles he teaches. He led the Army’s weight management program at his unit and later designed a 12-week health and nutrition course for his church community—focused on helping people reclaim their vitality, even while managing medications.

 

With roots in emergency medical science and a mission shaped by personal loss, Dexter combines practical wisdom, scientific insight, and heartfelt leadership to help people age backwards—one simple habit at a time.
